By placing an order with MapleNut Designs, LLC, you agree to these terms and our posted shipping, return, and privacy policies.

MapleNut Designs reserves the right to decline or cancel an order because of pricing or listing errors, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, intellectual-property concerns, abusive conduct, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for confirming all sizes, colors, names, spelling, dates, wording, artwork, and personalization details before submitting an order or approving a proof. Once production begins, changes and cancellations may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

When submitting a logo, image, phrase, or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. MapleNut Designs may decline requests that appear to infringe copyrights or trademarks or contain unlawful or inappropriate content.

Our products are handmade or individually decorated. Slight variations in stitching, placement, color, and appearance are normal and help make each item unique. Colors may also appear differently on different screens.

Prices, materials, and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed. Taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total will be shown during checkout.

Original MapleNut Designs photographs, written content, graphics, branding, and original artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Customer-owned and third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.

Events beyond our reasonable control—including carrier interruptions, supply shortages, equipment failures, severe weather, and emergencies—may cause delays. If we cannot meet the promised shipping timeframe, we will contact you with available options, including accepting the revised timeframe or canceling the affected order for a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapleNut Designs’ liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
