Shipping and delivery

Most MapleNut Designs items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production unless a different timeframe is stated in the product listing. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Orders are shipped primarily through USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated transit time of 2–3 business days. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most domestic orders arrive within approximately 7-14 business days after purchase, although holidays, severe weather, high order volume, or postal delays may extend delivery.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Rush service may be available for an additional $15. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and timing.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

International shipping is available to eligible countries. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by their country. Customs processing may extend delivery times.
